Oven Denver Omelet

8 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
2 cups frozen shredded hashbrown potatoes
1 cup diced fully cooked ham
1 cup (4 ozs) shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbs dried minced onion

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and seasoned salt. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 deg for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Yield: 6-8 servings.

Easy Breadsticks

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder
1 loaf (1 lb) frozen white bread dough, thawed
1/4 cup butter or stick margarine, melted

In a shallow bowl, combine the first five ingredients; set aside. Divide dough into 16 pieces; roll each into a 6 inch rope. Dip ropes in butter, then roll ion cheese mixture. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Let rest for 10 minutes. Bake at 400 deg for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. yield: 16 breadsticks.


Mini Pizza

Thaw out frozen roll dough (Rhodes or Terrels) to a rollable stage. Roll each roll into a round shape about 1/4 inch thick. Put pizza sauce on top or spaghetti sauce and top with cheese and your favorite toppings. Bake in the oven until done.


Fruit Pancake Roll-Ups

1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
4 large pancakes, warmed
1/2 cup strawberry or raspberry pie filling
Fresh fruit and additional pie filling, optional

In a bowl, combine the sour cream and sugar. Spread over warm pancakes; top with pie filling. Roll up jelly roll style. Garnish with fruit and additional pie filling, if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
